And we're relying on El Haimour to be in the starting XI?

Last year he was unfit to play as he was fasting or summat. Has he given it up this year?

I just watched Davey interview. Says Mounir can't eat during daylight. A 7.45 kick-off, with no food all day!? Hope he's allowed a lucozade.

    No water allowed!?

How can you play any sport - especially at this time of year - without taking a drink? He'll be completely dehydrated.

You can't consume anything not even water.

Hes a sportsman, he doesn't need to fast this month

He can put it off till a later date. Muslim sportsmmen and women throughout the world do just that.

    Yes you can

If his job requires such then he can, he would also be allowed to eat but maybe he chooses to follow to the letter.

Maybe that's the 'difficult conversation' Davey intends to have. A dehydrated stand-in left back is that last thing we need with the defence as frail as it is.

If Amir Khan can win boxing fights in the month of Ramadan than El Haimour can play football.

Earlier kick-off, and just a few hours into Ramadan. Very worried about him tonight if he's had nothing to eat or drink all day.
