    Trouble is, if you're good enough to play well in League 1 and get to the Championship - but aren't good enough for the Championship, you have to move again :eek:

    He did a job for us last season and im sure he could do a job for Carlisle if they are promoted. Dont think any of their other centre backs have got championship experience.

    I don't think he was a good leader and that was his weakness. Got exposed at Championship level and the players looked to him. He was too quiet, and wasn't good enough to lead by example.

    Loyal, yes. Committed, yes. Appreciated by me? Yes. But I don't think he's a good leader, and I think upper League One is his level.
