Not heard anything, just being a speculating knobwipe!

But might he be one of the experienced strikers we've put a bid in for? He's 27 now, 6 foot tall and has pace and power. Scored over 40 goals for Plymouth in the last two seasons. Would be an exciting addition in my opinion.

Would prefer Paddy Madden, Matt Smith and/or the Bradshaw lad...

I'm starting to think that we won't sign one. If anything it will be a loan signing but not for a few weeks.

Im not so sure its a striker we need with Wilkinson Winnall and Watkins, we desperately lack wingers.

We wont be playing wingers, and if we do, Williams and Watkins would play there, i think we'll what we're like til January and if its obvious we lack real width, we'll probably get two wingers in

We will severely struggle then. Any team needs width and pace in their team, whats the point in having a big tall striker if your not gunna put balls in the box for him?

I just got a call from Stevie Wonder and even he reckons we have no real width in the squad!!
We have lots of midfielders that will end up wide and maybe do ok , but when they are not playing in their best positions we lose out on what they have to offer at their best.
Having said that they may turn out to be brilliant out wide and I and Stevie Wonder will look daft (as usual :D)

Ah but Wilkinson is not an out and out striker though! He is a 6ft 5 inch lad who likes to play behind the striker !
