    Is it actual possible to get through to the box office at oakwell via telephone or would it be easier to use a couple of yogurt pots and a piece of string?

    Yep to greeted by the worse IVR system I've come across in the last 10 years. It's either busy or I get the option to leave a message; what use is that? At the very least have a queuing system and a looped message every 30 seconds - it's not that difficult.
