    'I haven't worked with Andy myself but I was well aware of his achievements at Barnsley and so I spoke to Stephen McPhail and Michael Chopra and they both hold him in very high regard. Stephen and Michael are two fantastic players and if they hold him in such high regard, he must be a good manager.
