Hows long does Ritchie have a contract for? Hope its the end of the season. The team hasn't progressed one bit, and in fact I'd say gone backwards from Hart. The team is in a higher league position, but I feel this is because the teams that were above last year have taken a step backwards. I use Bristol as a prime example.... Ritchie was the poor mans choice at the start of the season. Wilson is likely to get relegated with MK Dons. He has done a very good job there, but just doesnt have the resources. I'd open the purse strings to get him in the summer.
err the bloke with a team in 7th should be got rid of, the bloke with a team in the bottom 4 should replace him ? And let's be fair, Ritchie's had millions to laik with.
We had a decent run over Xmas and thats it. We've got defenders who can not defend. We've got midfields that can neither break up play or create chances. We've got strikers that can not score. We;ve got wingers that can not take a man on. The team played for ritchie at the start - but when was the last 90 minutes we got out of them. I cant remember. They dont show anymore for Ritchie has they did for Hart.
As I've said earlier, we've a young side and they'll not be consistent over 46 games. That's the nature of having a team of lads learniing the game still. We need more experience on the pitch and maybe more on the coaching side. As much as I've criticised Ritchie I think it'd be a huge mistake getting shut.
wilson has got resources at MK Dons hence Scott Taylor £100,000. Wilson did a good job last season but a poor job this season. We are a young team and Ritchie has got them playing well in patches but inexperience and immaturity shows through at times. He is building a team and this needs time. The players like him and want to play for him, for me his big mistake this season is not signing an experienced centre back but maybe this is easier said than done.

as much as i slate the tactics no way should we get rid of the guy whos doing the best job for years to bring in a manager from bottom of the league!
