    We've been in this division for 3 seasons is it?

    So what any manager has to be looking at is promotion to the next dicision and then trying to consolidate there

    Championship is very different these days

    I reckon the quality of the championship is higher than when we left it.

    Ritchie is being realistic and as he says not pessimistic.
