I dont think a different approach would do any harm, thats what Im saying.

Wheeling out the same players week after week isnt working. We have too many under performing players - and we do have some back up. McParland for one has not been given a chance - yet others have been given too many.

and was found wanting. I, having met the lad and his wife couldnt understand why he wasnt getting a chance, when he did get that start I knew why.. One of ARs not so good signings unless he comes good in the future. A good ball player but cant take the physical side... just an opinion..

 

The performances have only just started to drop in my opinion, but they are running out of steam. It's now time for loan signings but it's crucial that this is not just knee jerk and that they are the right signings.
