we can assume that Simon Davey is at least somewhat intelligent, and so that he will have noticed the behaviour of JCR, and will have tried to ajust it, it must be he simply isn't listening. If JCR made the right choice and crossed it instead of taking on another man he could be a good player for us.
What I've seen of JCR, and I admit that its not a lot compared to some people, he doesn't know how to round his man, he seems intent on trying to knock the ball through and rely on pace. A sensible defender just lets him knock the ball and then positions himself so that JCR runs into him thus resulting in a freekick for the defence. The best cross that he did against Blackpool was with his left foot after his initial through ball was blocked and he had no choice but to turn back and use his other foot,
