    Have you considered a scaffold tower. A bit more expensive to hire but safer than working from a ladder. Dead easy to erect, the hire place will deliver. While you've got it, clean out all your gutters and do any other "at height" work.

    Turned out that my mum's next door neighbor does it. Did a cracking job but he's booked up till May.
