    According to this

    http://www.clubsincrisis.com/Club_Detail.asp?Key=70

Rotherham had their CVA accepted on he 9th of May. The normal season, including play offs, ended on the 27th May.

So it happened between the 1st of March and the end of the season, if I've read it right.

The same as if Leeds applied for it now.

    So...Deducted next season?

As I see it then it MUST start next season. The whole point of bringing it in was to prevent teams taking the easy route of wiping most of their debt off and starting again and gaining an advnatage over teams who may have similar problems but plod on regardless (SWFC being a very good example). It would be an insult ti the likes of Rotherham and Wrexham who have taken it on the chin and got on with the job. In fact, as I remember Wrexham was very early in the season and it stood for that season wherehas Rotherham was AFTER this 1 March deadline and obviously applied the season after.

Personally, dont think Leeds will go into Admin. Reckon it is an option they will have now considered but once they have clarification it will apply next season it will be a no go. In any case I thought they had got rid of most of their debt now?

I thought Kevin Blackwell said ( just before he was sacked )

That they would clear their debt by the end of the season . I didn't believe it then and I don't believe anything coming out of Elland Road now .
