He was just a less injured Isgrove when he was here. He'll be a great player if he works hard and once he gets more and more experience.
Someone has a different opinion. Gets labelled a daft old lovely person. I wonder why people don’t bother.
Played because we had to.Was a poor poor player for us. Yours A daft old lovely person (but an actual Barnsley fan rather than a an utd fan)
Another great young talent that we didn’t try to sign - to add to the long list of other young talented players on loan at Barnsley over the last 10 years that we didn’t try to sign. Barnsley could have made an absolute fortune with the young players that have been at the club over this last 10 years or so. That’s if the parent club was willing to sell of course.
Was that ineffective for Bristol City that they eventually stopped picking him and preferred to pay the "fine" to Liverpool instead.
He was poor for us, poor in Germany and doing alright in a rubbish league. He's at Liverpool still because they apparently rate him, which is why no club have signed him, so I don't know how we have missed out on him.
He had the physical attributes to develop into a good winger but his decision making and end product were awful
Don't worry pompey. He's a wally .Us daft old so and so's, take that *****. With a pinch of salt. He'll be one one day. Young uns eh. Been there.worn the t' shirt. By the way Ronnie was god not scholes and kenties final ball for us was awful.
But not good enough to play him at Liverpool . Basically they have made money on him by loaning him out.
He was a showponey most of the time for us let’s be honest. It was great to see him run past players and move us up the pitch but his end product was nowhere near good enough. I’d like to see him get to the premier league (won’t ever be with Liverpool) but I would guess championship will be his level.
Liverpool are using him for income. Like Chelsea. Hoover up talent. Loan on ridiculous terms. They need to either stop this hoovering or stop the ability to have loan fees or % of wages. (The latter 2 May make clubs thi k about hoovering it all up as well)
Don't let a goal against Leeds United cloud your judgement. He contributed next to nothing in terms of goals and was very frustrating to watch.
