Not worried, it sounded like we were well on top for a lot of the game, always dangerous scoring so early

We were soundly hammered for a majority of the game. On top for 4 minutes.

We were on top for most of the first half but never started the second half

Disappointing but LJ said there'd be ups and downs and there were in that game

If Winnall had taken his chance to make it 2-0 it's a different game

Don't be daft. We played ok, but Chesterfield were the better team.

Typical over reactions on here! We played well most of first half but were poor second half

    Opinions.
Their left winger had a field day against Scowen throughout . Not having a go at the player, he shouldn't have been there, nor as a striker in the 2nd half.

Once they brought their defence up near the half way line on 10 mins they pretty much controlled the game for the remainder of the match.

I agree about their left winger but we defended really well I thought especially Roberts, but 2nd half we lost concentration

Also we always had a threat going forward first half but not as much second

A good manager and motivator of PEOPLE can turn an average bunch into world beaters as the great Brian Clough did, and what he did was not through a great knowledge of football, it was through his ability to manage and motivate. This is not a secret but not really followed since other than perhaps Fergusen. Why oh why can't we learn from past experience. I've done it and been exceptionally successful in my own sphere, just wish I could show these ass holes managing my football club. It's shameful what's going on.

Completely agree ,I see the same things .trouble is and I truly think it will get better But these are really young lads and we haven't got the experience on the pitch with em to get them rallied and organise their heads once the pressure gets on.

Lets see what happens next week when we have everyone behind them and a good training session or two this week.

They've learned a lot today ,how to lose, and I think it's probably been a good thing

Next week may be a mauling if winds behind us because there's definitely some very special talented individuals in there.

Heads up and remember we can win the league !!!! It's all in the head
