I know what GS and PC do in terms of running the club and money etc..

What does BT and DS do then besides decision making votes during board meetings etc. Are these 2 (or 3 including GS) put money or take money out etc? or is money PURELY from PC?

or just a run down on each person and their responsibilities...

no reason, just claryfying the curios.

PC, in his own words does not get involved in running the club

As far as I understand it, Mr Shepherd and his son have put their expertise in and take nothing out except maybe reasonably expenses (just a guess not an accusation before the envelope gets licked) They may have invested. There is no way of knowing as full accounts are not published

As for Barry Taylor, errm, he's well respected in the FA apparently and as far as I know he has not put anything in, although this may be unaccurate

    Not that I know..

    all though that's possible.

As I understand it, Duncan Shepherd is a solicitor, apparently specialising in contract law?

thats it, I knew someone did... so the only real question is..

    what does BT do..

Wasn't he on the board in a previous BFC Life?

maybe just using his background, I dunno. But would be nice to know the structure of the club in a bit more detail.

he certainly was on the board

Which made a decision to call in the administrators without first offering shareholders a chance to raise money and save their shares.

A lot of fans would argue that he shouldn't be on the current board (rightly or wrongly)

oooops. This is why I was trying to question without upsetting.

it was a genuine attempt to discover the roles everyone has.

I can accept the reasons of who is involved, but still unsure why BT is or what he does.

hope I didn't strike a nerve and rekindle some grudges their mate. Sorry if it did

Dont worry, i never had shares

Just saying that there are a lot of people who think he shouldnt be on the board (i think there was a poll on here a while ago).

And no, i've no idea what he does either but he seems like a nice bloke if that counts
