Think I read on here that in an interview Doyle has said that Hill doesn;t even want him on the bench. So might as well sell him if get any money. Who else can see Digby becoming a regular at aged 16 at this rate?

Praying that Hillcroft don't think Gary Jones can do Drinkwater's job!

McEveley was on his way out earlier in the season and that situation got resolved - I get the feeling Hildavekeithflick want Doyle gone, like Marcellus Wallace wanted Butch gone in Pulp Fiction.

Just about to start a topic similar to this myself.
Doyle is certainly short term, but Keef will have somebody in mind.

Resources not large enough to be able to afford to dispose of assets because of personal issues.

Hassell to midfield as a short term solution for me.

    Correct.

Because once he's gone Doyle must stay gone. He's lost all his Tarn Centre priveleges.

That would be a very static midfield lacking creativity, and who's to say Addison will stay beyond this 28 day loan extension. Just a few hours ago I was enjoying the feeling of confidence about the squad for the rest of the season and heading for a mid table finish.

As anybody heard Doyle say he wants to stay?

I heard that from day 1 of the new regime he wished to go.

How is Nathan Doyle any sort of solution to losing Drinkwater?
Doyle is a poorer version of Addison.
Funny though, that taking Doyle and loanee Miles out the equation, we are left with ONE central midfielder in Perkins. Oh, and Flicker

Good point, you see Doyle's not getting any younger, what he needs to accept is

You see, this profession is filled to the brim with unrealistic mother****ers. Mother****ers who thought their ass would age like wine. If you mean it turns to vinegar, it does. If you mean it gets better with age, it don't.

If we take this to its logical conclusion

Doyle ends up shooting Flitcroft, and watching Keith getting dry bum raped.
