We have played at least 2 different formations in that time so don't see how you can pin that on the formation. We haven't scored because we lack quality in the final 3rd not because of formation. We have brought in 2 strikers and 2 midfielders to try and address that. Time will tell if they can make the difference.
Sacking Hecky will be a step backwards. I think he should be given until next Christmas, whichever league we're in.
