whats the deal with bringing in managers and sacking managers....have we had to pay off Simon Davey for the rest of his contract and won't we have to pay off the rest of mark robins' contract to rotherham? isn't this a bit costly? is that how it works? oh and obviously then start paying mark robins a wage too.
that is how it works it is an expensive business. thats why managers rarely resign - they'd lose out on their pay off if they did
Hopefully SD was on an annual rolling contract so that should limit the payout plus does Robins have somesort of buyout clause in his contract so that if someone wanted him they would have to pay that amount in compensation? A McIndoe-esqe sort of clause.
so this is gonna cost us some serious money? paying off davey for 2 years he didn't even do...and paying off rotherham for 3 years robins didn't do...what sort of money are we talkin here?
We will pay the compensation stated in Robin's Contract. I don't think we will have to pay the rest of his contract at Rotherham.
