I've got 3 message in my outbox that are not in my sent items, does this mean that they have been sent or not? Each envelope has a little questionnaire mark on it on the icons for the messages.</p> Ta</p>
They've been sent They remain in your outbox until the recipient reads them. Then they move to Sent Items.
If they are in your outbox they havent been read yet Outbox is items that you have sent but the recipient hasn't read Once they are read they move to the Sent folder
