We have had our nephew staying with us this week from Skegness. We always try to get a game in for him to see, what with Skegness being a football back water and his dad being a Wendy fan. He listened to Ritchies' interview before and after the match and turned round to me and said "what is he talking about, he doesn't seem to know what he's talking about"? I had to agree that Ritchies comments didn't make any sense at all. We seem to have a manager who hasn't got a clue what to do now. There is no coaching taking place on the training ground and Ritchie and Holden are spending more time playing than coaching. It's no wonder we are in the position we are in. Ritchie reached the pinacle of his career at Cardiff and it is clear that he was the one who over achieved not the team. Matches are won on the training ground and it's time Ritchie and Holden started coaching the team. If they are not capable of doing this then let the Academy coaches do it. Somethings got to change
