Recently if im watching a programme ive Sky+'d every so often the sound goes & the screen freezes as this happened to anyone else? Ive only had Sky fitted since Feb so surely it cant be a fault with the box TIA
RE: Sky+ Help nt Re-set it by unplugging from wall for a couple of mins. If that doesn't work then ring sky and they'll take you through more advanced re-sets (make sure you've got a fair bit of time though!!)
sometimes I get a problem where the sound is missing or jumpy when i play a recording but that is solved by pressing back up and playing it again. Other times I find that the picture starts freezing and jumping like a video buffering on the internet. I'm not sure what causes that to be honest.
