    Just been on SSN He is the Highest paid Player outside of the Premier League</p>

    Jesus, How much is he on? I reckon likes of Tuncay Alves Smith etc will be on 50k +</p>

    I dont know accurate this is but on the Alan Brazil show on Talk Sport this morning it mentioned 60k per week. I'm also sure I heard that he was getting a six year contract. Absolutely mental.

    5 year contract on 45k is what I read, although that was probably on here. Thats about £5m p/a worth of wages that they have taken on this summer. Unbelievable.
