    Been coming for a while that - they've been needing to find £150,000 for the last few weeks. It's probably the right time to do it as they can just about afford the points this season, although their forms been bloody awful for the last few weeks.

    Its a shame really as they are fan owned but they've been really stitched up by Cheshire Sports, the owners of Sale Sharks with the way that they lost control of Edgeley Park.

    Someone I know reckons they will def go under. Last game at Edgley PArk etc. Something to do with SaleRFC buying the ground & then charging Stockport fees they can't afford.

    Will be a shame - always have respect for folks who support Stockport, when they are on Man Utd's doorstep.
