Phil Neville last night on MOTD talking about Swansea's win at Arsenal - "Yes, they do like to pass the ball, but its always with purpose". Simple really. Quick passing, fluid movement and the work ethic to press the ball in all areas of the pitch. Its not brain surgery!!
