    He won't start with both Nyatanga and Cranie with them both lacking game time and have only been training a few weeks. The defence will include Ramage, M'Voto and Kennedy with Wiseman pushed to right wing back.

    Probably correct there.

    I'd play those three central midfielders in a game like Forest away but I wouldn't know who to play at centre half without having seen Ramage, only seeing Nyatanga in a friendly and not knowing how fit everyone is.
