Girl at work has an Ipod touch - when it's connected to the computer it keeps coming up network timed out - check network connections. Will that be the Ipod or the computer - any ideas greatly received.
A lot of companies have security policies that ban access to sites like iTunes so the device will be trying to connect but the security settings and software will be stopping it. Can she alter her security settings? If not might be worth her trying from home. Other than that I'm not sure.
