Just sent an email attachment using microsoft works. The reciprient uses microsoft word so couldnt open the file. What do I do to get the attachment to be readable at the other end? Ta in advance!
File > Save as You need to save it as either rich text format (.rtf) or word format (.doc) There should be an option to do this under where you type the filename.
Thanks mate! Ill give it a go. Probably will upgrade to office or maybe just word as i already have publisher.
