I have bought a new lap top about 3 weeks ago. It has vista Basic and Macafee security. I am trying to get itunes set up to work but when i download i get the following message. internet explorer cannot download itunessetup.exex from appldnld.apple.com.edgesuite.net The connection with the server was reset. I have tried various troubleshoot guides to get it to work but no joy. Can anyone help?
it could be your user account setting is stopping it... thats a common thing with vista.. try disabling the user account in the security settings, do not worry this will not affect your anti-virus/spam/firewalls etc..its like a kinda lock that sometimes stops stuff getting thru, It has caused similar to me on various game downloades, disabled that and that cleared the probs...its worth a try matey
