The amount of spam

i'm now getting has gone through the roof over thew last week. My private email is all viagra and pervie stuff which goes to my bulk folder and i delete it. At work I get stock market info and also 'bouce backs' of emails I haven't sent. I've run anti virus and no adware but it doesn't seem to make any difference. any ideas (I'm not techy)</p>

Its just blanket random coverage most of the time, particularly the home stuff. Sometimes I am sure it comes as a result of summat you've bought online, which then sells your address on.....and on....and on.</p>

I also get offers for viagra, pervy birds, dodgy rolex watches from foreign addresses with accents and dots over the top of nearly each letter, and at least 3 alerts per week from &quot;ebay&quot; about email accounts I have NEVER used with them.</p>

 

Anything to be done about it ?
