    Where the hell is this pub? Dont know if its called The Monkey Pub.

    Used to be called Elephant and Castle but changed its name because of something to do with a monkey....

    HELP (banghead)

    The only pub called The Monkey that I know is the old Eastfield Arms. It's on the road between Stainborough and Hood Green.

    If that's the one then the Owner/Chef is called Anthony and the meals are fantastic.

    Mum said it was called the elephant and castly but shes probably wrong.

    Where abouts is hood green? ive not got a clue

    It's between Hood Green & Thurgoland (about a mile from Northern College)......used to be called "The Eastfield" but was nicknamed "The Monkey", now called "The Monkey" .....not been for a while, but food's supposed to be decent.
