it doesn't seem it, but it is: PUT THE BALL ON THE FLOOR & SHOOT everytime we get it on the deck, pass and move, we look dangerous and actually do something. when we have a slight sight of goal, we **** about and don't put the laces through it. Simon Dimwit needs to scream these basics to his players, which he doesn't seem to be doing it. anyone with half a brain can tell this is where we're going wrong. oh, and playing players in fantasy positions. if we play it on the floor and take more shots at goal i can safely say we'll stay up. ps. whilst im posting, has paul d or anyone else got any shooting stats from this season? (i.e. shots attempted per game, etc)???
so simple it's going ignored I don't think there's a person on here who doesn't agree. I wish Davey would explain why he thinks a high ball up front to Mifsud is the best option. Does Miffy wear stilts in training?
He has explained it He said that when it is windy its hard to put the ball on the floor so they put it up in the air where as we all know there is no wind. fecking clown
that's what gets me though, its obvious what we're doing wrong as 10k~ each week see. yet he can't see it! (or doesn't act on it anyway)
I doubt if Davey is telling the players to hoof it in the air. As it has been said by numerous Managers, "Once the players cross the line to go on the pitch...."
Football is not a difficult game, unless you're Simon Davey....... the players must wonder whats going on at the club.
