Perspective is the word. Some people have gone so over the top that they can't even see the top of the top anymore.
I hope they all read every single post so they know how we feel about what looked like a very unprofessional last twenty minutes. It's swings and roundabouts. They rightly take the plaudits when we win a league match or a trophy at Wembley. So when they spend so long tapping it around, not thinking of our goal difference and not attempting shots at a defender in goal for a ten man relegated side then they can take some flak. Hecky should be asked why he gave the ref an excuse to add more time to the seven minutes by taking off our MOTM.
I think Hecky thought the game was won and took Fletcher off so he could receive his own standing ovation .
It wasn't aimed at you, so no idea why you'd get defensive about it. No problem with folk saying we were poor. That's not what I was referring to. The threads are on page two and three of the forum, still there. Have a look and tell me some of the stuff posted within them is the stuff posted by individuals with a working brain. Stuff posted by folk with anonymity. Faceless, nameless. Where it's easy to post like your billy big ********. Same folk who whine and whinge about everything BFC, but when they're offered the opportunity to speak out, to attend public or private gatherings, they are conveniently unable to do so, etc etc. It's super.
I spotted that afterwards, but couldn't edit it. I think I meant to put 'their defence' initially, chuff knows. I'm very disappointed in myself. I should blame the beer, I usually do.
