Why both? The lovely person in the Audi pulled into the cycle area, because a bicycle had dared to move in front of him. Then he screeched off at speed, round the cyclists, endangering people on both sides of the road. The cyclist did nothing wrong whatsoever. I'd have kicked his headlights in.
Cyclist looks at fault to me. He belted it down the road and was very aggressive to the Audi driver. I'm not sure the Audi driver did anything at all wrong, he steered well away from the cyclists, when I assume the lights were on amber (when he was in the cyclist zone). In fact the more I look at this, the more I think the cyclist was a fecking idiot.
Whilst I can understand cycle lanes on the extreme left side of the road.......I can't understand a "wide cycle only zone" at traffic lights, that puts cyclists in front of cars? Madness.
Well you're a clever fella Pasta, and only a mental would believe what you just said. So yeah, I reckon it was
Both at fault, the Audi shouldn't had gone into the cycle section, the cyclist shouldn't had gone after him to mouth off. As a cyclist myself and a car driver I see both at times inconsiderate to each other.
Giz em an head start and gives car users better knowledge of which direction they are going from the lights. Rather than em all huddled up in bike lane. Thats my guess.
had 6 weeks driving buses in London for the Olympics, 2,000,000 cyclists in London and not 1 brain cell between them. One day waiting at traffic lights to go round Parliament Square and there must have been 20-30 pulled into the box in front of me. When the lights went to amber they started scrapping amongst themselves to get away 1st.
Both idiots. Car drvier should never have punched him, but the cyclist is clearly asking for it. There was no real need for him to confront him the first time, and definitely no need the second time.
Cyclists are just a pain in the arse in my opinion. An inconvenience not needed. So I blame the cyclists. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Both acting like dicks. The car driver shouldn't have done what he did but the cyclist couldn't wait to catch up for a confrontation, in the middle of the road, very safe use of the road.
