The police named Stuart Hazell but have only said a 46 year old woman and 39 year old man have also been arrested. Is it right that the police choose to name only one out of three suspects? We all know it's the grandmother but the police themselves have only said 46 year old woman yet they named Hazell
The papers have named them both but in most reports it says 'believed to be' before the persons name. They all seem to say things like 'police say a 46 year old woman believed to be Christine Sharp'. It seems that police officially named one but not the other two, papers have worked out who they are pretty quickly though.
They've just named her on the news. I'm not going to pass comment as to what I feel to be adequate punishment should they have committed this crime... Let's just say they're wouldn't be prolonged expense keeping them at her majesty's convenience if it were to happen. Shame it can't.
