Ticket help required please

    I have bought tickets online for years and have had a season ticket for years. When I tried to buy Wembley tickets this
    morning it said I wasn't entitled at this stage. My online booking number and my season ticket number are different and on
    the advice of the box office I have gone to "Activate Account" and put in my season ticket details. I then get the message
    that "account is already active".

    Waiting for box office to get back to me but I guess they are overloaded. Anyone out there advise my next step?

    I've had exactly the same problem. I even phoned on Friday to check my account was properly set up (different client ref number and season ticket number). On the FAQ, it said that when logging in it should say 'Current season ticket holder', which it didn't for me (still doesn't). That's why I phoned up to double check. I was assured that they could see that I'm a season ticket holder and that come Monday morning I'd be able to buy my tickets. That's not happened. I get the message about not having the correct privileges and the useful suggestion to try another match!!!

    I had same problem. What you have to do is use the id you set up when you 1st activated your season ticket. I have two accounts but only 1 assigned to season ticket
