Night's sleep: 7. Had to get up for a **** about 4am but other than that relatively undisturbed. Consistently turning in 8 hour perfromances - solid. Breakfast: 4. Unsatisfactory slice of toast and coffee in a travel mug on the go is never going to cut it at this level. Journey to work: 7. After consistent poor performance last season Virgin seem to have upped their game considerably. Work: 3. Poor. Lunch: 6. Tuna salad sandwich and a bag of crisps. Wife is going to have to improve performance as on this sort of showing there's potential for transfer activity in the January window. Tea: 2 Was in a rush so had to go to McDonalds. Frankly feel like my insides have been raped. Match: 6. Football is proper boring. And I couldn't get back to Barnsley to see it. W@nk: 9. Always a pleasure - as usual I was outstanding.
