Not all doom and gloom. I thought game started well for us. Miles Addison played well, always looking for the ball and supporting the back 4.Lots of neat passing from the whole squad, played neat triangles. Butterfield had a few half chances early on. Vaz Te had a good chance on half hour and maybe should have tucked it away. He looks a bit flash on the ball and will be one of those players who will infuriate and delight in the same game. Bobby who didnt play great did produce one good cross on 35mins only for Vaz Te to head over. By end of 1st half I was fairly happy. Five mins into second half a straightforward cross into six yard box and it was neatly tucked away. Later on Haynes missed a good chance one on one with keeper. We never really got going in second half- lots of new players not used to each other, there were quite a few misplaced passes. There second goal killed the game and half the crowd buggered off. My overall feeling is not to panic about this result. One little area of concern is that we look a bit lightweight on the pitch- too many little players. Addison aside we need a few more who wont get shoved off the ball like we did.
