    Does anyone know if you can get Barnsley Player on the iphone? Thought I saw some mention of it on the club site but can't find it now. I know that the League has re-launched its new app so could player be available through that? Thanks

    Not that I can see, would get it if there was an iPad / iphone app

    You need to get the football league app then upgrade , costs £13 a year, was £5 last year for video highlights but think (led to believe by club) that it's same as Barnsley player.

    no not at moment and dont bother wasting money on skyfire browser either because that doesn't work with player on iphone.

    Its a bit of annoying that it doesn't work on iphone

    I would be happy if just commentary was available on iphone

    Thanks. Won't bother then - it was the commentary I was after.

    Nearly forked out for Barnsley Player for a minute!! Don't want to get stuck in one place - surely they know that mobile is the future!

    Apparently you can. I got an email from the club today and one of the links was this: FOOTBALL LEAGUE RELAUNCHES IPHONE APP. Get Barnsley Player content on your iphone! Including match highlights and video interviews.

    The FL iphone app is able to display BP content but only in video format and there is a subscription fee to pay to them, on top of your original BP subscription. Live audio commentary isn't available through the app at this present time.
