Two season ticket questions...

    1) Can you just turn up at the box office on Saturday and specify the seat you want if it's free, and buy it over the counter?

    2) If you buy a ticket for the Coventry game and then decide to buy a season ticket, will they refund the price of the Coventry ticket? I know they used to do this a while ago.
