    ....are there any regulars posting on here who go and sway gently to the softer side of strumming?

    I'm getting old (and tight) and need smelling salts when I see the cost of getting in. Plus the weather forecast is a potential deal breaker.

    Suzanne Vega nearly tempted me.

    If I lived in the town I’d be there every year. Kate Rusby is a great performer and this is the kind of festival that appeals to me.

    Very nice, is that you? Just went over to the channel, some really great versions of a very diverse range of songs. Especially pleased to find some Decemberists stuff there - really well covered. Although judging by the name of the group, I was expecting a bit more REM!

    Sundays probably best. I'm working from 8 till midnight tomorrow. Finish at 4 on Sunday so I will be around the arena at about six. PS I will be wearing a purple t shirt !!
