If VI gets better players will he play a different style or will he play this style better.

What his substitutions show that it's the style of play not the players that is successful as was Wilders blunts last season in the Premiership.

Same could happen to us possibly when others start to take notice of us.

If you mean we could have a disastrous campaign in the Championship next season, then no. Most of our players are comfortably Championship standard, Blunts don’t have that many Premiership standard players,

To be honest, respectfully I don't agree,
VI is playing I believe a type of football to suit the quality in our squad to compete in the league we are in. This style of football won't work against better footballing teams with good tactical coaches but for us and now it's perfect.
Struber Stendel style with these players in this division we would be struggling bottom end. I think this is what @Red Rain refers to in his posts.

VI is getting the best out of Sollbaure Helic,Anderson, Styles, Brittain, Mowatt, Chaplin and Frieser with this way of playing. James and Woodrow are quality and can adapt to suit but both players are not thriving playing this way.

If Miller Thomas Vic can fit in to this way of playing without weakening the team then it shows its the system that works.

Kane Odour Palmer Schmidt still need to work to get to grips with VI way of playing to become regular starters.

My point was made with the comparison with the Blunts. Our young players are maturing more and more with each game and by this time next season will have good experience at this level, that is why I believe they would be comfortable playing at this level. Unlike most of the current Blunts, who are simply and never will be Premiership players.

Yes the blunts squad certainly isnt premier quality. I was comparing Wilders way of playing in the Premiership last season to Vals way this year. Not the same system by any means but a way of playing that suited the players they had to make them competitive. This year the only thing that has changed is that Wilders tactic have been sussed out by other coaches and combatted by beter quality opposing players.

My question was if we got better quality players in would he still play the same way or is this VI s way whatever players hes got?
