anyone no any good video editing software, for like making peoples faces go blurred or making there legs go invisible
Making their legs go invisible ??? You're looking at quite a complicated edit job there. When you record the tape there is naturally nothing behind their legs so to 'make them vanish' you'd have to record the same scene twice. Once completely blank with no people on and the second with someone walking past. You'd then either have to set up a video mask which is complicated on any software, or alternatively record the scene with someone walking infront of an appropriately lit 'Chroma Screen' (usually green) and ensure they wore green trousers etc. You can then blank them out by laying the 2nd image on top of the first and selecting the green as the 'invisable' colour. Not easy at all. By far the best piece of editing software I've used is Sony Vegas Movie Studio. It's a 'dumbed down' version of Sony Vegas (which costs abart £500+) and will cost you about £100.00. It's a good basic product with essential advance features. Alternatively you could download CoolEdit which is okay but go for the trial of Sony Vegas which you can download free and use to edit, the only thing you can't do with the trial version is export to MPEG or burn a DVD.
editing videos on a computer can be very demanding on your pc, so have a go at the demos first to see if they will work.
Have you thought about Adobe Premiere. I have never used it myself but I hear it's very good and it just gives you another option.
