    On 7th October I purchased a 32" LCD TV from this organisation, paying a supplement for the following day delivery. On receipt I found it was DOA, and obtained a RMA, and personally delivered unit to their base in Manchester. To date Micro Direct (Customer Services:pff) has failed to answer any of my 4 e-mails, and to date my letter to the company's CEO has not been answered. I puchased the unit on Mastercard. Any brains out there who can advise me on my next step?

    Dead on arrival and RMA is authority to returns hardware (Return(ed) Material Authorisation).

    I had bother with them a couple of years ago

    Customer services did eventually deal with the problem, but actually getting hold of them took several weeks - by telephone and email. It seems nothing has really improved.

    With the busy christmas period approaching, the best advice for others seems to be keep clear.

    Hope you get the problem sorted.

    RMA=Return Merchandise Authorisation

    Imprinted on my brain following rather protracted dealings with a certain eBuyer.com
