I don’t think these calls exist. I think it’s CGI. I’ve been going 35 years and had an ST for about 25 of em. Never had a single phone call.
It’s marketing. Do you genuinely expect them to do nothing? If they did nothing, I suspect the very same critics would be saying ‘they don’t give a fk. We’re losing all this money due to relegation and they can’t even be ar$ed trying to shift season tickets’ I imagine every single team in the football pyramid is marketing ST sales right now.
I'm not sure offering 135 in refunds is going to help much as good as a gesture it is. We can all see we are pretty much in the ****, and with the club still amongst the best value in terms of price and have always been. Purely from club finance point of view, it probably be best kept. Unless they have some grand plan which will miraculously clear out immediate debts and give some kind of worthwhile budget next season. I'm probably in a minority in that view though
I got a call this afternoon from Khaled to inform me I'd been selected to receive a refund of £135. He also invited me to go down to the ground to meet him for coffee and biscuits. When I told him I don't drive anymore due to a medical condition he has offered to come and visit me at home. I'll be replying to him tomorrow.

I will not be getting one, because I am still paying the one off from a few years ago on our lass credit card, its just too expensive for the wages I earn ,even on payment plan , the gas and leccy gone up by 140 a month, got to be loads of people at the limit now , maybe young uns with more disposable, or older people with decent pension and paid up housing,can see it being 5000 sales at best, we got 10 k on the back of a play off season , the atmosphere around the club now is not the same, plus the few times I have been on cheap ticket games or cup, its such hard work getting there
Or that after an open, free to attend forum (literally anyone could attend in person), he's worried about who he might speak to on the phone.
