that last pre season when we were playing like Brazil in the friendlies members on here were saying ignore them, they mean nothing - the other team weren't trying or they didn't have full team out. But because we lost to Rotherham today were as good as relegated already. Only ever been to one friendly - i'll wait until at least 10 games into the season to judge
Ive never paid attention to friendlies, win or lose, but we all know the squad we have isnt good enough to fill us with hope for next season.
It is this year! Its because we are not winning well! Last season it was being said how great we were. They meant nowt last year and will mean nowt next year either, but I do giggle at the Hillflicker lickers saying how they mean nothing THIS year!
