I absolutely love flicker as a person and he seems to be a great leader but tactically we are left wanting time and time again....... 4 central midfielders yesterday with Dawson clearly out of his depth and miles off the pace down the wing isolating wiseman who I felt a bit sorry for yesterday...... Mellis on the other side basically wasted as a play maker out there..... Playing far to deep against a side packed with quality and pace inviting them on time after time (Wigan was the same) probably looking to get something on the break but with absolutely no pace in the side to do this.... Lets go back to last season flicker stop being stubborn and play how we did against Huddersfield week in week out it works. So in summary play people in their position and stop tinkering with it!!!!
