Good win last night against a team usually up and near the play offs. They have taken points off good teams at home too. Pitch was shocking. Really bobbly and slow which didn't suit. Hopefully Russell ready for Saturday to give us options on the bench.midfield were running on empty towards the end. Plus Shaw will have a bit more of an idea about the team. On many occasion we would have drew that game last night.
The pitch was shocking. Oxford were trying quite a few switched passes, and I think that was simply because of the state of the pitch. It made it difficult for us to get the ball moving, but we managed it on a couple of occasions. I don't think it helped either side, but Oxford have probably got used to it a bit.
