I posted this question a few weeks back but I got no responses so I'm assuming no-one knows the answer. On the off chance that it got missed by anyone who does know the answer, what is the difference between a player going on loan & going on woek experience?

I've noticed it before with other clubs sending their younger players out on work experience, but according to the official site, it would appear that we are at it now too.

Oh, by the way, I forgot to mention in my thread at the top of the board that even though tickets for the Ceilidh Night for under 12's are now £5, the pie & pea supper is available to all ticket holders.

No, it's not under 18's. It's anything up to 19 year olds, depending on their contract. If a player is on a scholarship, then its work experience, if the player is on a pro contract, its a loan deal.
