Unless we make changes very soon we will end up adrift from the pack already. Having been to most of the games we lack any pattern and as soon as we go a goal down then we look dead and buried. I have never seen a reds side as disjointed for many a year. Mr Davey must go soon to give us any chance otherwise trips to Yeovil and Hereford look on the cards for next season. :'(
You haven't been watching Barnsley very long then More disjointed than the team that nearly went down to the second division a few years back , more disjointed than the team that got relegated from the championship - don't think so
the team that got us relegated from the championship was horrific, i wouldn't say this is the worst team we've had in years
sorry did not mean to post - do not know what happened. I think on the whole the players are better than we have had for a while - they just do not play as a team
Best bunch of players for years ...as you mention I would say the best since Spackman comrehensively wrecked us. We even have a bit of depth to the squad now - the problem is somewhere there is something wrong with the "team" performances. In general we play much worse than the sum of the parts - unlike the firts half last season when we were playing some excellent football with the same core squad. Somewhere something is wrong - I have a theory as to what it is but I may be accused of jumping on a bandwagon for stating it.
