I have come to the conclusion that my extensive collection of football programmes is worth next to nothing.

I will keep the Homes (1950-2009 some gaps) but is there any point in keeping the Away Programmes (1990-2009)

They'e up in the attic gathering dust along side my Meccano Sets.

I agree they do have sentimental value particularly the HOMES but the AWAYS I think I'll get rid of. Some of the AWAY matches I didn't even go just made the point of getting the programmes.
I'm loathe to bin them but I can't think of anyone who would want them.

    I might be wrong but

If you have the one from the game at home to Leeds in 1987-88, that could be worth something. It was printed with the teams on the back & showing 2 number 4's but no number 5. I remember within a few weeks of that game seeing a letter in a later programme from someone wanting to buy a copy for mre than face value.

I'm not totally sure of the season, but it's there or thereabouts.
