looked decent 2 day training back four after rest of team left. firt time in ages ive seen a coach at barnsley in davey who stops play and tells them what to do with the ball, rather than richie actually joining in with training and not watching where there going wrong

It says Ryan Kidd has left Bury to be assitant to Davey at Oakwell. that seals it then... Why were you looking at Bury site though?
From Bury site - copyrights acknowledged Kidd says he's looking forward to the challenge of pulling Barnsleyup to the right end of the Championship - even if it means leavingbehind his friends at Gigg Lane. He revealed:</p> "Obviously it's come out of the blue as I only found out about thejob when I got a call from Simon Davey at quarter to five yesterdayafternoon and after learning all about the players with Simon throughthe night, I was straight out onto the training ground this morning todo some work with the back four ahead of tomorrow's game.</p> "This is too good an opportunity to turn down as I want to furthermy career as a coach and this is the kind of level that I want to beat, even though I'll have to say goodbye to all the people at Bury thatI've really enjoyed working with. I'm very proud to see how well theyouth department and first team are currently performing at Bury, and Ihope people will be able to look back at the last thirteen months andappreciate the improvements and strengthening that's been achievedthroughout the Centre of Excellence.</p> "People often knock Bury as a club when they're looking in from theoutside, and it's not until you take a look from the inside that yousee how hard the people are working there, and I've really enjoyed theatmosphere there which has helped me to make some friends for life.</p> "My position now is that I'm at Barnsley to do a job and push theclub up the table. I'll be giving 110% to the role, and all it'll takeis one win before we're climbing back up the league. Simon and I goback a long way after playing and coaching together at Preston, and Iknow that the club has secured itself an excellent manager who's gotall the coaching qualifications you can think of.
